I am looking for really cute pajamas for a girls’ trip next month. Nothing too sloppy but also needs to be comfy! My budget is around $100ish for a nice, quality set. Help!
First of all I love pajamas! And I have two brands you will absolutely love. I’m also glad you said you care about quality because I could recommend cheaper versions of the ones I’ll share here but I’ve tried those too and they do NOT compare. I would much rather buy something 1x at a higher price point and have it last, than a cheaper item I have to rebuy multiple times. However sometimes price does not equal quality, so it’s always good to have a real tried and true recommendation. First up I can’t recommend Eberjey pajamas enough! These are my go-to for basic pajamas- they are so soft, so comfy, and wash so well. I also recently got a pair of Bedhead pajamas and they’re my new fave. These fall right into your budget and you will love these! They have the cutest prints and have so many fun sets.
Can you give me some ideas for cute tops to go with jeans? For lunches with friends, dinners out, etc. Thank you!
Yes! I would love to give you some ideas. First I’ll share with you a couple of my favorite brands, then give you a handful of specific tops I have and love, or have on my wishlist! Let’s start with the brand recs. Definitely check out ASTR tops. I love these, and they are always coming out with new cute blouses that are so flattering. I also really love Reformation. A bit pricier but they have the cutest tops! As far as specific ones on my radar, here are five that are perfect with jeans! One, two, three, four, and five. Oh! Also be sure to check out Madewell tops. These are always go-tos for me! The best.
What books are you currently reading? I need ideas!
Right now I’m reading a few books. I just cracked open Wish You Were Here and The Courage to Be Disliked. I also have Greenwich Park coming up next.
What shoes do you love for Spring and Summer?
Sneakers! All the sneakers. And easy slides and low heeled shoes. For sneakers I love a good pair of Dunks! You can’t go wrong. I love the lows right now the most. I have been very into Schutz shoes lately, and I think they have so many really great summery pairs at good price points. And make sure to take a look at Marc Fisher slides- I love these, these, and these!
Can you help me find some denim to invest in? I am usually getting jeans from Zara and Abercrombie and it’s not doing it for me anymore. I’ll spend whatever as long as they’re that good.
Yessss! I can help! I love this question. So first of all, check out Mother Denim. Are you familiar? These are my fave. And you’ll want to click the link and look at all the different types to see what will work best for you. They are a splurge but I really, really love them and I feel they are worth the price! Also check out AGOLDE denim if you haven’t already. Another pricier brand but the jeans will last a lifetime! I hope this helps.
