April Sleep Workshop

Better night’s sleep = better days. It’s true! Sleep is everything and after sharing my sleep hacks the other week I wanted to dive in a bit deeper for the friends who wanted to learn more! If that’s you, please join me on Monday April 26th at 1pm Pacific for a sleep workshop via Zoom. During the quick 15-20 min workshop I’ll show you how to level up your sleep using essential oils + some of my fave supplements, and also share tips for helping little ones get their best rest. You will LOVE this.

The class is for those who are not yet Young Living members and capped at 20 people, so be sure to RSVP asap and grab your spot.
