The Best Smoothie Recipe

Say hello to the BEST Cookies and Cream smoothie! My friend made this for me one morning at her house and since then I have been hooked! This simple breakfast idea will change your life and have you glowing and feeling soooo good.

I am obsessed with smoothies for breakfast. They’re so delicious and such a nice way to start the day. Plus, you can add in so many amazing ingredients that will have your body saying THANK YOU! My whole family loves this smoothie and I hope you do too. If you make it let me know what you think.

Here’s how to make it-

In a blender add:
2 scoops chocolate protein. I prefer Young Living protein. For plant based I recommend Orgain.
A big handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon almond butter or nut butter of your choice. I think almond butter tastes the best, but any will do.
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 cups almond milk. I use unsweetened vanilla.

Blend! If it’s too watery add some ice cubes and blend more. Pour into a glass, top with hemp hearts and enjoy! This recipe makes 2 small smoothies or one big one. This recipe is one serving for me.
