A Snowy Sunday in Flagstaff

The Sunday morning of our big snowstorm we were outside playing in the snow, when Hank and I decided the only way to spend that cold, snowy day was to drive up to Flagstaff and enjoy our favorite Ramen spot and do some Christmas shopping!

We piled the kids into the car and made the quick trip up the mountain, Christmas songs on the stereo! It was beautiful out- it had just snowed- and snowed a lot more up north so it felt very festive and really special.

We stopped off at our friend Dustin’s to grab him and his daughters and made our way to downtown Flag to Sosoba. You can read more about the restaurant here, but we love it. It’s THE perfect spot on a cold day and as usual we were not disappointed.

We spent the day walking around, doing some shopping, snacking, and just enjoying the very winter weather. I’ve said it so many times but Flagstaff is just such a special place. I loved the time I spent there for college and anytime I can go back and experience it with my family is the best. Have you ever been?
