Read & Lounge

I wanted to share 5 books I have in my stack, and 5 of my current fave loungey clothes. I’m not sure if it’s from the lingering comforts of quarantine time, or just because I’m getting older and want to be comfortable as much as possible, but loungewear is at the top of my favorites list. I’m more of a sweatpants person than leggings (sweatpants ALWAYS at home, but never out), and I have a few must-have sweatshirt recommendations too. Let’s get started!

5 books waiting for me to read them- have you read any of these?

  1. Comfort & Joy by Kristin Hannah

  2. This Time Next Year by Sophie Cousens

  3. The People We Keep by Allison Larkin

  4. Not All Diamonds and Rosé by Dave Quinn

  5. Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner

5 of my must-have comfortable clothes-

  1. I LIVE in my Sportique hoodie. Have you tried this brand? They’re local to Arizona and make my fave sweatpants too. Give them a try!

  2. The Beyond Yoga built-in bra tanks are my ultimate fave. They give enough support to wear on their own, and are comfy enough to wear all day! I have found with a lot of built-in bra tops they’re just too restrictive and uncomfortable to lounge in. But not these! I have both the cropped and longer versions and both are great. Also check out The Girlfriend Collective for the softest, similar stuff!

  3. Are you into bike shorts? I wasn’t until I tried these! I am a huge fan of the Lululemon Aligns and these shorts are the same, just shorter! I’ve tried all the lengths and this is the one that works best for me, at 5’3”.

  4. This is the cutest cropped sweatshirt. I have it, and love it- great with high waisted sweatpants.

  5. And finally, these are my go-to pajamas. Pricey, yes! But they wash so well and LAST. Can’t recommend them enough.
